First of all, I wish to congratulate our robot friends on that stunning performance. This marks the debut of Chinese robots at the UN, and I believe it really speaks volumes about the latest achievements of China's innovation-driven development. I am truly amazed, and deeply proud, of the remarkable progress my country has made.
感谢机器人小伙伴的惊艳开场，这是中国机器人第一次走进联合国，让大家亲身体验了一回“中国智造”的最新成果，我为中国科技创新的飞速发展感到震撼和骄傲！
春节, literally meaning the Spring Festival, is the most important traditional festival in China. It is a time of family reunion, and it embodies the Chinese nation's enduring aspirations for peace, development, and prosperity.
春节是中国最重要、最温暖的传统节日，象征着团圆与亲情，也饱含中华民族对和平、发展、繁荣的期盼与追求。
Tonight, thanks to our friends who have traveled all the way from China, the festive spirit is palpable at the UN. My special thanks go to the Shanghai Museum, for preparing a rich array of authentic experiences of traditional New Year customs;
My thanks also go to the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism and the Central Academy of Fine Arts, who have teamed up to design this beautiful Zodiac exhibition for the Year of the Horse;
And, of course, I thank our very talented robot team, who will continue to surprise us throughout the evening.
So I do hope that after you graciously endure my not-too-long speech, you will fully enjoy what promises to be a truly memorable night.

We are about to bid farewell to the Year of the Snake. In this special year marking the 80th anniversary of the United Nations, we have witnessed profound changes unfolding across the world. Peace and development face serious challenges, and the United Nations, against strong headwinds, has continued to press ahead with reform.
我们即将告别农历蛇年。在联合国成立80周年的这一特殊年份，我们见证了世界发生的深刻变化。和平与发展面临重大挑战，联合国在改革中逆风前行。
In just one week, we will welcome the arrival of the Year of the Horse. The theme of today's event, “Galloping forward with the United Nations”, reflects our shared aspiration to move forward like a spirited horse. In Chinese culture, horse symbolizes courage, unity, and perseverance. These, I believe, are precisely the qualities that the Year of the Horse calls upon us to embrace.
再过一周，我们将迎来马年新春。在中华文化中，马象征着担当进取、勇往直前和笃行不怠。今天活动的主题是“骏启新程”，寓意着让我们像骏马一样驰骋不息，在新的起点上携手再出发。面向未来——
Looking ahead, we must first of all have the courage to lead the charge.
我们要有一马当先的锐气。
At present, we are witnessing changes unseen in a century accelerating across the world, alongside a fluid and turbulent international landscape. Faced with mounting global challenges, from geopolitical conflicts and development gaps to climate change and the governance of artificial intelligence, we must step forward with the courage to lead. We must rise up to the responsibilities entrusted to us by history and by our times.
当前，百年变局加速演进，国际关系变乱交织。地缘冲突、发展鸿沟、气候变化、人工智能治理等全球性挑战接踵而至。面对复杂局势，我们要拿出一马当先的精神，承担起历史和时代赋予我们的责任。
As the second-largest contributor to the UN regular budget and a permanent member of the Security Council, China will continue to earnestly fulfill its responsibilities. Together with all nations, we will meet challenges head-on, and do our utmost to inject greater stability and positivity into a turbulent world.
作为联合国第二大会费国和安理会常任理事国，中国将认真践行大国责任与担当，同各国一道，迎难而上、共克时艰，尽最大努力为动荡世界注入更多稳定性和正能量。
In this process, we must move forward in unity, like a herd of horses galloping together on a shared journey.
我们要有万马奔腾的团结。
History has shown us that in times of crisis, division, confrontation, zero-sum thinking, or a return to the law of the jungle offer no way out, while dialogue, mutual trust, unity, and cooperation remain the only right path forward.
危机时刻，搞分裂对抗、零和博弈、甚至重回丛林法则没有出路，坚持对话互信、团结合作才是唯一正道。
China has always upheld the purposes and principles of the UN Charter, practiced true multilateralism, and opposed all forms of unilateralism and bullying.
We will always remain a trustworthy partner of the United Nations. And we stand ready to work with all countries to strengthen support for the UN system, uphold the principle of extensive consultation, joint contribution, and shared benefits, promote meaningful reform and greater efficiency within the UN, and build a more just and equitable system of global governance.
中国始终坚守联合国宪章宗旨和原则，践行真正的多边主义，反对一切单边霸凌行径，将永远做联合国可以信赖的伙伴。我们愿同各国加强对联合国系统的支持，秉持共商共建共享原则，推动联合国力行革新、提质增效，构建更加公正合理的全球治理体系。
And just like the horse, an animal known for its perseverance, we must have the resolve to carry through.
我们要有马到成功的决心。
Great visions must be matched by concrete actions. In recent years, President Xi Jinping has successively proposed the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, the Global Civilization Initiative, and the Global Governance Initiative, offering Chinese solutions to the common challenges facing the world. These initiatives have received broad support from the international community and have delivered tangible outcomes.
大道至简，实干为要。近年来，习近平主席相继提出全球发展倡议、全球安全倡议、全球文明倡议、全球治理倡议，为解决世界面临的共同问题提出切实可行的中国方案，受到国际社会广泛支持响应，取得了实实在在的成效。
China has taken on its responsibility to promote global development, contributing around 30 percent to world economic growth. China's AI technologies continue to achieve breakthroughs, empowering industries across the board. We have also proposed the establishment of a World Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Organization to strengthen joint governance, so that more countries can share the benefits.
中国扛起促进全球发展重任，对世界经济增长贡献率稳定在30%左右。中国人工智能技术持续突破、赋能千行百业，我们倡议成立世界人工智能合作组织加强共同治理，让更多国家从中受益。
It is our firm belief that only by upholding a pragmatic and results-oriented approach, can we continue to turn the vision of a community with a shared future for humankind from aspiration into reality.
我们相信，只有秉持务实精神、以效果为导向，才能不断推动构建人类命运共同体从理念变为现实。
Dear Friends,
朋友们，
Under the leadership of President Xi Jinping, China is striding forward on a new journey toward the building of a modern socialist country. This year marks the start of China's 15th Five-Year Plan. We have mapped out not only a blueprint for the country's socioeconomic development over the next five years, but also a promising vision of win-win cooperation between China and the rest of the world.
在习近平主席领航掌舵下，中国正阔步走在全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程上。今年是中国“十五五”规划的开局之年，中国已擘画未来五年经济社会发展蓝图，也绘就了中国与世界合作共赢的美好愿景。
As the United Nations embarks on its next 80 years, China stands ready to deepen cooperation with the UN, and work hand in hand with all countries to build a more peaceful, more prosperous, and more beautiful world.
在联合国开启下一个80年之际，我们愿继续同联合国深化合作，和各国一道携手并肩、马不停蹄，为建设一个更加和平、繁荣、美好的世界而不懈努力。
