最近公众号"高斋CATTI”上更一些简单的汉译英批改解析，指出大家平时翻译中常见的基础错误。大家考前看看，可以避免考试中出这些基础错误。原文取自报告热点话题。

人工智能、大数据等重点领域工程建设有序推进，5G商用正式开启，助力新兴业态快速发展。全国实物商品网上零售额同比增长21.6%，快于社会消费品零售总额13.2个百分点。适应市场需要的新产品快速增加，3D打印设备、智能手表、服务机器人、新能源汽车等产品产量增长较快，同比分别增长271.4%、162.9%、86.5%和34.6%。

Key projects in major fields such as artificial intelligence and big data were advanced in orderly manner, and commercial use of 5G was officially opened tofacilitate the rapid development of new business. National online retail sales of physical goods were a year-on-year increase of 21.6%, outpacing total retail salesof society goods for 13.2 percentage points. There are a rapid increase in new products to meet market demand, with the production of 3D printers, smart watches, service robots, and new-energy vehicles increasing fast with a rapid year-on-year increase of 271.4%, 162.9%, 86.5%, and 34.6% respectively.

1. 重复了：“重点领域工程建设”直接翻译为key projects就可以了，不用再说in major fields，避免重复。

2. 缺冠词：“有序”可以说in an orderly manner/fashion/way，是固定表达，指一种……的方式，要加冠词an。

3. 选词错误：opened是打开的意思，open commercial use of 5G不搭配，“5G商用正式开启”的“开启”应该用launched，表示启动。

4. 固定表达错误：新兴业态new forms of business，new business models，是固定表达。

不能说new business，因为a new business表示新公司，pursue new business表示开拓新业务。

5. 逻辑错误：“助力新兴业态快速发展”是“人工智能、大数据等重点领域工程建设有序推进，5G商用正式开启”带来的结果，不是目的，因为已经发生了，强调带来的影响和意译，所以不能用to facilitate，改为facilitating the rapid development of new forms of business。

6. 用词不当：“全国实物商品网上零售额同比增长21.6%”不能说National online retail sales of physical goods were a year-on-year increase of 21.6%，were是系动词，表示“是”的意思，不对。

需要改为saw a year-on-year increase of 21.6%或were up by 21.6%。“同比增长”经常用see a year-on-year increase of x percent或grew/were up (by) x percent year on year.

7. 专业表达错误：社会消费品consumer goods，是一个专业表达，不能翻译为 society goods。

8. 搭配错误：通过a year-on-year increase of 21.6%，我们可以看出这里比较的是increase增长，所以不能直接说outpacing total retail sales，而是需要增译the growth，即outpacing the growth of total retail sales.

9. 介词错误：“快于社会消费品零售总额13.2个百分点”译文outpacing the growth of ... for 13.2 percentage points的介词for不对；

“超过”是outpace sth by+数字，介词是by引出幅度，所以应该把for改为by。

10. 时态错误：“适应市场需要的新产品快速增加”译文是There are a rapid increase in new products to meet market demand，这里的时态不对；

这一整段话都是在总结过去取得的成就，时态是一般过去时，there are应该改为there was。

11. 连词错误：“3D打印设备、智能手表、服务机器人、新能源汽车等产品产量增长较快，同比分别增长271.4%、162.9%、86.5%和34.6%”中虽然两个“增长”，但是如果翻译为the production of 3D printers, smart watches, service robots, and new-energy vehicles increasing fast with a rapid year-on-year increase of 271.4%, 162.9%, 86.5%, and 34.6% respectively，就存在用词重复。

其实通过后面的271.4%、162.9%、86.5%和34.6%，完全可以看出是“增长较快”，所以不需要都翻译；

可以只翻译“产品产量同比分别增长271.4%、162.9%、86.5%和34.6%”，因此这个可以翻译为increasing by 271.4%, 162.9%, 86.5%, and 34.6% respectively on a year-on-year basis，或者seeing rapid year-on-year increases of 271.4%, 162.9%, 86.5%, and 34.6% respectively。

12. 单复数错误：“3D打印设备、智能手表、服务机器人、新能源汽车等产品产量增长较快，同比分别增长271.4%、162.9%、86.5%和34.6%”这里的“增长”包括好几种产品的增长，不能是单数a rapid year-on-year increase of，改为rapid year-on-year increases of。
